Your use of this Website indicates your agreement to be bounds by these Terms and Conditions. This Website includes links to other internet sites. Your access and use of such websites remain solely at your own risk. We may make improvements or changes to the information, services, products and other materials at any time without notice. All trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights on this Website together with the underlying software code are owned directly by us or by a supporting company of us. The contents of this Website may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal, non-commercial use.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit/debit card (card type, 16-digit card number, expiry date and three-digit security code), which will then be charged with a deposit value at point of booking. The outstanding amount is due upon check-out. A confirmed booking constitutes a legal agreement between the customer and us. We reserve the right to cancel abusive or obviously incorrect bookings. All cancellations must be in writing. There will be a small processing fee if a room is cancelled 21 days before the scheduled day of arrival. A cancellation fee will be charged if a booking is cancelled 20 days or less before the scheduled arrival date. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. Other booking conditions may apply for stays not booked directly with us and for stays during Fèis Ìle. We earnestly advise all guests to take out a holiday or travel insurance in order to protect you against financial loss.
All rooms are available after 4pm (16.00). If you plan to arrive later than 9pm (21.00) please let us know in advance. Rooms should be vacated by 10am. Please be aware that late check out is only possible in accordance with the owner and charges might be incurred if there is an unauthorised late check out. We reserve the right to charge items that have been inadvertently taken out of the room, as well for wilful or accidental damages, at check-out or at a later date.
Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil any of your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this and a failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract. Also, if we feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of persons concerned, we reserve the right to decline the reservation. All rooms are designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry to the rooms and charge the full amount of the booking if the number of guests arrive to stay exceed those in the confirmed booking. Our accommodation is not suitable for children under 6 years, so we can only accommodate older children. Children aged between 6 and 18 are welcome and can stay at the normal adult rate. Please be aware that we are not able to add an extra bed. Please note that pets are not allowed. An Cuan is non-smoking throughout its premises; no smoking is permitted in any of the rooms. There is a designated smoking area outdoors. If we are unable to re-let a room due to smoking, the resulting revenue loss will be charged in fully, and we will levy a fine for additional cleaning. We must comply with certain noise restrictions, licensing and statutory regulations, and we require you to fulfil their obligations in this respect. If we assist in any services supplied by a third party (such as bike hire, tours or outdoor activities) we advise you to consult the company’s own terms and conditions after making a booking as we are not liable in case of breach of contract.
Any comments regarding your stay should be made in the first instance with the owners at the time of your stay so that all reasonable efforts can be made to rectify the situation at the time of occurrence. No liability can be accepted if you fail to notify the problem according to this procedure.
